Chuck Trusty is the founder and Managing Principal of High Plains Consulting Group, LLC.
Chuck has over 30 years of Human Resources experience with small privately held, entrepreneurial firms as well as Fortune 100 corporations. He has held very Senior HR Executive positions at MCI Telecommunications where he provided HR support to over 20,000 employees and has been the Chief Human Resources Executive in two companies each with annual sales in excess of $750M and over 5,000 employees (Allied Tube & Conduit and Telecom*USA).
Chuck's has extensive experience in: Change Management and Organizational Development; Talent Acquisition and Talent Management systems (staffing, training and development, performance management and succession planning); Mergers, Acquisitions and divestitures (Due Diligence through Integration); Employee Relations (conflict resolution, alternative dispute resolution, policy development, manager training). Chuck has extensive experience as a Human Resource Business Partner and Coach to business owners and C - Suite executives.
He is experienced in the Telecommunications, High Tech, Transportation, Manufacturing, Distribution, and HVAC Industries.
Chuck received his BA degree from Drake University and MBA from the Loyola University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He is certifed in the Personnel Decisions, International 360 degree feedback program, PROFILER. He is also trained in delivering Pritchett & Associates Change Management programs.
